Home away from home.

This car never knew what was gonna happen when I bought it. In 1994 I left the small town of Canby Minnesota and moved to the cities to go to college. I didn't want to take the red nova with me because I was afraid it would just get wrecked up there in the big city. My neighbor had just bought this 73 4-door nova to fix up and then sell so I bought it from him. I figured it would be a little bit of home to take with me! When I bought it at the time it had a straight 6 250 in it and a 3 on the tree transmission. Over the first few years I put a minimum of 500 miles a week on this car. By the time 2002 came around it was time to retire the poor girl. By this time thought it had a 350 with close to 425 hp and was bright orange with no door handles and a lot of stories behind her. Few cars would last through what I put this car through!

I promise to try to find more pics but they are scatted all over...
